Two Jews meet in a prison cell...

Marc is a born and raised Philadelphian (and various suburbs thereabouts).  His true love is baseball but also got bitten by the performing bug very early.  He got his BFA in Musical Theatre from Penn State University, headed out on a National Tour, and then made his way to New York City to get the ball rolling.

Liza is a native Californian, born into a showbiz family.  She began her performing career at a very young age in the acting, singing, dancing, and voiceover worlds and also has the distinction of being one half of the only father-daughter duo to provide voices to talking toys.  She eventually made her way to New York to study at the CAP21 Musical Theatre program at New York University.  This is where the story gets interesting...

Fast forward a couple years to when these two met in an experimental, immersive production of Kiss of the Spider Woman at the Vortex Theatre in Chelsea, New York. They both played prisoners and, as luck would have it, their "cells" were placed next to each other.  During the long rehearsal process, the two started chatting and realized that they had quite a bit in common.  One date led to another, which led to living together in their awesome six floor walk-up apartment in Inwood, which led to becoming engaged, which led to getting married in September of 2010, and the rest is history.  After New York, it was off to Chicago for a year, and they are now based (at least for the time being) in Los Angeles with their son, Phoenix and English bulldog, Egon.  They love the outdoors, traveling, searching for amazing vegan cuisine, binge watching their TV series of choice, and being ridiculous, but always - together.
